attach files, and receive an SLA priority of 12, 24, or 48 hours. Admins allocate tickets to technicians.
Terminal Management System
TMS manages terminals, checks their heartbeat, flags active or inactive status, activates or deactivates
devices, creates campaigns, pushes parameters to groups, and distributes app updates.
Technician Mobile App
Field technicians can view assigned tickets, check merchant locations, address priority issues by SLA,
and upload files, PDFs, or images from the app.
