The CEO Award

The CEO award is to recognize a unique contribution that makes a "difference" at Tarang. It is a means to bring out attributes that all of us would do well to emulate and prove to be a true "Tarangite".

Tarang Employee of the Month

Employee of the month is awarded to those employees who outrival and make a difference with their presence in the team by being causative in the successful completion of the project. This award has been institutionalized to reward the best performing Tarangite in a given month. Apart from the ’A’ category performers or our Fast trackers, we also believe that there are those crucial people who by their:

• Innovative approach solved problems
• Process compliance
• Performing roles beyond their defined roles in the hour of need
• Research etc.

were able to contribute to the team and thus stand apart from the other team members.

Tarang Employee of the Day

This is a day observed every month in appreciation of all those employees who complete one or more years in the Tarang family in that particular month.

Spot Award

The organization has pioneered the "On the Spot Award" mechanism to credit talent or efforts of an employee whose contribution has brought about a turn around and led to the project's success.

Tarang Newspost

This is an in house journal awaited by all Tarangites every month. Newspost is the medium through which the Tarang Vibes flow. It helps us bind more as a family.

Newspost gives an overview of the current happenings in Tarang right from new projects to a new born to a Tarangite. Newspost also utilizes this medium to bestow "gyan" through fictitious Caricatures brought into being by us - Ricky and Chicky.

Fun tArAng

Fun@tarang is a platform for the fervent Tarangites to express those talents which are hidden on the other days when the technical skills are at the forefront. This is the forum which has revealed several gems. In fun@tarang every month a well thought out activity is introduced to de-stress the employees and bring out the hidden talent in them.

We believe that "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". Team bonding is an intrinsic part of our work life. We delight in frequent get-togethers that are celebrated with great gusto and enthusiasm.

Over the years, we have added to our family many members. Sadly, though naturally, many have moved on to other things, different places, varying priorities. In the natural course of things however, we believe an imprint has been left on each one that will stay the test of time, and memories have been built which will be cherished forever.
